Everything was very straightforward. I received updates along the way including a video of what is being serviced at any potential areas to be checked on for my next visit.
Quality of work i received was poor. Brought my car in for a diagnostic test. 2 hours later I was called over to ask what was the issue with the car. 3 hours after that I was called over to be told what the issue MIGHT be. And it would be $1200+ to "fix". Received the car back with missing pieces in the door and no there's now a rattling sound coming from the window. 1 star
I had an 8am appointment to replace 4 tires and have my wheels aligned. I didn’t get out of there until 2pm. 6 hours is unbelievable for a tire change
Very good service as soon as i arrived, someone came over to assist. I just wasn't informed of how long the wait was going to be so I just had to sit and wait. But overall great service.

Hidden costs everywhere, not transparent with pricing, significantly expensive labour. If you don’t use cash, there’s a 3.5% customer service charge, no idea what that is for. You take your car in for one thing, and then they find five other things that they highly recommend you do, which feels disingenuous. impossible to reach anyone on the phone constantly calling trying to get a hold of someone

vehicle advertised for $16.3k but quote includes an additional $3K 'non-negotiable lo-jack' and $2k 'appearance protection', that's 30% more than the advertised price!!! bait and switch much? Asking what does the 'appearance protection' covers and why is a non-negotiable option not included in sales price went unanswered... Good thing I didn't waste any time going there. BEWARE
Being mechanically knowledged, I told the service Representative that my horn on my 2024 Tiguan was giving out slowly so it was not a fuse. They replaced the fuse and now my horn Worked for only two days. It’s more than an electrical issue. It is probably the actual horn.

I have filed for fraud against them for adding me to an insurance policy for a vehicle I only test drove. Beware of this dealership as pricing is completely misleading on all websites. They list a phony price based on financing and even if u want to pay off early you still have to pay the 10k-15k over the listed price. They make you wait for over and hour to find out the real pricing and waste everyone’s time. We were shocked that a named brand dealership does business in this manner.

these people are the absolute worst you can find in the 5 boroughs. they hid the add-ons from me then when i noticed them they refused to remove them. it wh is based in nigeriaas over $10k in extras. then i said ok i dont want the vehicle 6 days later they refused to take it back. their finance bank is ally financial which is based in nigeria also wouldnt help me. the rate was 13% why i have a 780 credit score. stay far away from them if you can. complete scam artists. these guys are ramon and luis bad news dealing with ... The owners name is Chris orsaris he also owns victory mitsubishi. bunch of scam artists work here and are trained by the same people that why these tactics are the same between the dealerships that mr chris owns. hes the big daddy of crooks lying and just overall being kinda scummy

This dealership, "Big City Mitsubishi" attempted to scam me during my vehicle purchase. I was interested in paying cash, but they insisted I finance through them first, then immediately pay it off to get the posted cash price. When I refused, they increased the price from $33,000 to $43,000, despite advertising a 3.5% cash discount. They failed to disclose any of this over the phone. This is a illegal tactic called "Bait and switch". This shady behavior makes them untrustworthy. Do not waste your time going here.

Since purchasing my car, I've been hearing an abnormal noise from the rear brakes. I've had all my vehicle maintenance done at Brooklyn Mitsubishi Service every six months. I've visited their service twice specifically for the rear brakes and even recorded the noise while driving, which I played for the customer representative. They assured me everything was fine and sent me on my way. However, as soon as the 2-year warranty expired, despite the car only having 13,000 miles on it, the rear brake rotors and pads were replaced, costing me $1,080. I had the worse customer service experience.The staff was very rude and only pretended to help. I went in with one issue on the card, but came out with many more. On top of that, they love to just reset the vehicle so all lights go off and give you your card back without actually fixing anything. I am very disappointed with this place.
This dealership is phenomenal. I love their service and they're authentically courteous, eager to help, and understands what "service" actually means. There is no other dealership or service auto center that can even come close in comparison. Mike Stoupakis is the man. If you ever need service and you find him, he takes care of you like family. The lies and schemes from this dealership is sad and disgusting , The manager Jose is rude . I was never given registration I had to order on my own and given wrong car then told to hold it for title which doesn't come until loan paid off . Now no one answers calls or emails . Do not ever use them
I waited 5 hours for an oil change. I arrived to the facility at 9AM, my appointment was for 9:30AM. I checked in with the manager about the estimated time for the service to be completed, he stated 20 minutes. An hour and half later my vehicle was still not ready. It was not until I started to ask for a supervisor that I was able to get my vehicle. I left the facility at 2PM.
Posted cars NOT available, i west twice just to spend gasoline even when I call before to see a specific vehicle

Worst dealer - do not work with these guys. I purchased a car from them 67 days ago and they still have not licensed & registered my vehicle. The temp plates last 15 days, so I started calling them after two weeks. They've lied to me repeatedly, never called me back, and have no understanding of the DMV's process to get me plates. Fortunately, I put part of the payment on my credit card, so I am getting that money back. But I can never get back the daily phone calls to check on what should be a hassle-free process.

Very disappoint their work and service. I purchased a vehicle and traded in my old one, but they haven't completed the processing, causing my previous loan company to continue charging me. Loan company said that they didn't receive the payoff amount yet. Despite over 3 weeks passing since my vehicle purchase, they still haven't received the payoff amount, and I'm unable to get in touch with anyone there. Leaving messages hasn't yielded any response either. It sounds incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. Don't go there!
